Delivery and payment policy

I. Delivery Policy:

  • The products and services advertised on our website are all genuine products. We guarantee that the prices and quality are as described and are ready to provide them to you whether you purchase directly at the store or on the website.
  • For custom-designed items, please contact Customer Service for detailed advice on product design, pricing, and delivery time.
  • All products of the company are photographed or recorded clearly before and after packaging, to prove that the products are still in good condition before packaging and that they are carefully packaged according to guidelines before being delivered to the shipping unit.
  1. Shipping Fees:
    • BBN offers free shipping Vietnam nationwide for orders worth over 1,000,000 VND.
    • A shipping fee of 29,000 VND applies to orders valued under 1,000,000 VND.
    • For large or oversized orders, or outside Vietnam, the Customer Service department will contact customers to inform them of specific shipping fees.
  2. Delivery Time: 

Within Vietnam:

    • Inner city Ho Chi Minh City: 1-2 days.
    • Outlying areas and major cities: 2-3 days.
    • Other areas: 4-5 days.

  1. Definition of Responsibilities of the Company and Logistics Service Provider Regarding the Provision of Shipping Documents During the Delivery Process

3.1 All orders are packaged and ready for shipment.
BBN coordinates with the reputable shipping unit Viettel Post for both domestic and international transportation. The shipping unit will only be responsible for transporting goods based on the principle of "original condition, original package."
All orders' packaging contains the following information:

  • Recipient Information, including: Recipient's name, phone number, and address
  • Order Tracking Number

The Customer Service Department will notify customers with details about the order content, the tracking number for delivery, and images of the packaged goods via email or Zalo. This is considered the delivery document for customers to verify when receiving goods from the shipping unit.

BBN will include the order confirmation and delivery note in the package. If customers require a financial invoice, they should contact the Customer Service Department. The financial invoice will be sent as an electronic invoice to the email provided by the customer.

The order confirmation and delivery note serve as the basis to support the complaint handling process, such as determining the market value of the goods and ensuring the goods are in valid circulation.

3.2 Responsibilities in Case of Damaged or Delayed Goods Due to Transportation
For goods that are damaged during transportation, whether the order is shipped by the store itself or by a third party, we will take responsibility for resolving the issue for the customer.

Customers have the right to refuse to accept the product and request an exchange or return according to the return policy. We will address any arising issues with the shipping partner to resolve compensation for the order in accordance with the cooperation agreement between the company and the third-party logistics service provider.

In the event of delays in delivery or service provision, the Customer Service Department will promptly contact the customer to provide timely information, actively assist in quickly resolving the issue, and support customers in canceling the order if they wish.

II. Payment Policy:

Safe and convenient payment with BBN: Customers can choose from the following payment methods:

  • Method 1: Direct payment (at the company's office).
  • Method 2: Payment in installments as per regulations and after receiving the goods (COD - Cash On Delivery).
  • Method 3: Online payment via bank transfer. Direct transfer to BBN’s account using a QR code.
