Inspection policy
- Definition.
Inspection refers to the process of checking and comparing the products/goods received in the shipment sent by BBN with the products in the customer's order. - Regulations
- Timing of Inspection:
BBN allows customers to conduct a joint inspection with the delivery staff at the time of receipt. Testing of the products is not supported. After receiving the goods, if customers find discrepancies, they can contact the customer service department for assistance with exchanges or returns. Please note that BBN encourages customers to record a video while opening the package for reference if needed. - Scope of Goods Inspection:
Customers are entitled to inspect the actual products received, comparing and verifying them against the products ordered after BBN staff confirm the order based on the following criteria: product code, quantity, and quality.
Absolutely do not open or break the seals on products that have tamper-proof seals or guarantee labels. - 3. Steps to Take When Received Goods Do Not Match the Order:
- If BBN has incorrectly packaged the order as per the customer's request, customers may refuse to accept the goods and not make payment. In cases where the order has been paid for, customers can request a new order to be sent or choose not to; Dachfood will refund the customer as soon as possible.
- If BBN has packaged the goods correctly according to the order, but the customer changes their mind, the customer may request an exchange or return and apply the return policy. In this case, the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs (if applicable).
