To ensure consumers feel secure in choosing a satisfactory product and providing attentive customer service, BBN informs the detailed PRODUCT RETURN POLICY as follows:

Return policies may vary depending on:

•       Return time: after receiving goods within 05 (five) days.

•       Product condition: the product must be returned in new condition, without damage, without being washed or used before.

•       Original labels and packaging are kept intact to ensure easy returns.

•       Payment documents: Customers need to present purchase information and payment information (notified to customers via email)

•       Return conditions: products due to technical errors in production by BBN company.

•       No returns once the product has been used.

•       Return fee: calculated by shipping fee and refunded when BBN receives and inspects goods within 05 (five) days.
